Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Vilor LLC (“VILOR”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through www.shopvilor.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handover to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- International destinations: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- High seasonal demand
- Force majeure events
- Local disruptions beyond our control
Vilor LLC is not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
If free shipping is offered, it applies only to standard delivery unless explicitly specified.
Express shipping fees (if selected) are non-refundable.
4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking information will be provided when available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Monitor tracking updates
- Ensure availability to receive the shipment
- Provide accurate contact details
Delivery is considered completed when the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled.
Claims of non-receipt must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for failed delivery
- Re-shipping fees may apply
- Refunds may be reduced by shipping and handling costs
If a shipment is returned due to address errors, we may deduct return shipping and carrier handling fees from any refund.
7. Customs & Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
8. Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears lost in transit:
- The customer must contact us promptly
- We will initiate a carrier investigation
Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided only after confirmation from the carrier that the shipment is officially lost.
Carrier investigation timelines may vary.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is:
- Refused
- Not collected
- Returned to sender due to customer action
We reserve the right to deduct:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping fees
- Carrier handling or storage fees
before issuing any refund.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or carrier disruptions.
